Recipe: 1 kg wheat flour
0.1 kg of cake premixbr
0.15 - 0.2 kg of sugar
0.01 kg of salt
0.08 kg of fresh yeast
about 0.5 l of water
0.05 l vegetable oil (or margarine)
0.2 kg nuts filling mix
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, for 10-15 minutes depending on the amount of dough. Add the oil in the last 2 minutes of kneading. Keep the dough obtained at 7-10 rest and divide and shape the desired quantity. Keep for 60 - 80 minutes at 30°C and 80% relative humidity for fermentation. Bake at 180 - 200°C for 35-40 minutes.
