Cocoa Couverture

High-quality cocoa couverture with a high percentage of cocoa or milk. By request, we can produce personalized flavours. The product is available in 1 kilo blocks or in callets - 15 kilos package.  

The couverture can be used for cake glazing or ganache.

Ganache Recipe: Whipping cream with high percentage of fat - 1 kg
Couverture - 1 kg

Preparation: Melt the couverture in bain marie with the whipping cream and mix to obtain a smooth cream. Keep refrigerated before using.
